Dr. M. Anbarasu graduated in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bharathiar University Coimbatore (India). He received PhD from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore (India) in 2008, for which he was awarded Dr. Srinivasa Rao Krishnamurthy Medal for the best Ph.D. thesis. He, then worked as a Post-doctoral fellow in the department of Instrumentation at Indian Institute of Science for more than 1 year. During this tenure he worked as a Research staff at Heriot-Watt University UK under UKIERI Project. From September 2009 to August 2011 for two years, he worked as Alexander von Humboldt Post-Doctoral research fellow at I. Institute of Physics, RWTH Aachen University Germany, which was followed by another Post-doctoral position with the same institute until February 2012. Since March 2012, he has been working as Assistant Professor of Electrical Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology Indore.
