We received an overwhelming response and got around 300 registrations. It was not possible to accommodate all, hence shortlisting was carried out based on the research interests of the participants. Preference was given to those whose research interest was aligned with the theme of the STC. We were also unable to consider a few participants who did not upload the required documents. Our sincere apologies to those who could not be accommodated.

How will this short- term course benefit teachers?
Computer Vision is a subset of mainstream artificial intelligence. Due to huge applications of artificial intelligence in solving day to day life problems, it has gained tremendous importance in developing technologies where computer needs to see the surroundings and take decisions accordingly. The computer vision combines theory and technology for building of artificial systems for image interpretation or multi-dimensional data. This course will enable participants to learn basics as well as advanced topics necessary for developing vision based artificial systems.
Intended Participants (Who can attend?)
