Boards will be arranged for hostelites in their respective hostels soon.
For getting sports equipment, students need to enter his/her details in a logbook
in the Sports office/ Reception, submit their ID and get the equipment; they can
collect ID as soon as they return the equipment.
Issued equipment should be used properly and returned after use without any
damage.
Damage to the board, chess pieces or equipment would imply a strict disciplinary
action and/or fine against the offender.
Eatables are not allowed in the room.
Above-mentioned rules are not exhaustive, and Institute is free to
modify/amend/delete/add new rules.
A fine of INR 2000 shall be extracted from the person who breaks the rules
mentioned above. Non-compliance of the above-mentioned rules would invite strict
disciplinary action. Decision of the Sports Committee would be final.
