IIT Indore students, staff and faculty possessing a valid IIT Indore identity card
Courts are to be used only for playing Volleyball
The courts are available on a first come-first serve basis
Players may be asked to vacate the courts which are pre-reserved during the specified hours, if the need arises
Institute Volleyball team will be given first priority and others might be asked to leave the ground during team practice
T-shirts and shorts are compulsory for everyone. In case of improper attire, entry to the courts shall be denied.
Issued equipment should be used properly and returned after use without any damage
Damage to the courts or equipment would imply a strict disciplinary action and fine against the offender
The Flood lights used to play during night will be switched off by 22:00 hrs.
To use them for any time after that, prior permission from the Sports Officer is necessary
Please dispose off the trash in proper receptacles
No eatables are allowed on the courts.
For getting sports equipments,students needs to enter his/her details in a log book corresponding to their hostel (available with security or hostel supervisor), submit their ID and get the equipments,they can collect this ID as soon they return the equipment
