Hi, I am Preeti Bhobe, Associate Professor of Physics at IIT Indore.

The research activity in our group focuses on understanding the correlation between structural, magnetic and electronic aspects of various functional materials. The current themes of our interest are thermoelectrics and half-metallicity. We routinely carry out various advanced experiments like X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAFS), photoemission spectroscopy (PES), neutron diffraction, X-ray Magnetic Circular Dichroism (XMCD)spectroscopy using synchrotron and neutron sources in India and abroad. This webpage contains an overview of the ongoing activities at our group.
