SIC FACILITIES
Sophisticated instrumentation centre (SIC), a National Facility established in 2011 with institute funding, hosts various state-of-the-art instrumentation and equipment to foster the quality research work. Researchers working at IIT Indore have easy access to the facility, and support in use thereof is provided by the expert staff working in SIC. The centre is equipped with Single-crystal XRD, Powder XRD, XAFS, NMR, FT-IR, Raman Spectroscopy, Photoluminescence Spectroscopy, SEM, DSC, TGA, BET Surface Area Analyzer, etc. You can visit the SIC webpages (click here) for detailed information on different instruments, charges, and booking forms.
