SIC FACILITIES
The Sophisticated Instrumentation Centre (SIC) is a National Facility established in 2011 with institute funding. It hosts state-of-the-art instrumentation and equipment to foster quality research work. Researchers working at IIT Indore have easy access to the facility, and expert staff provide support.
The centre is equipped with Single-crystal XRD, Powder XRD, XAFS, NMR, FT-IR, Raman Spectroscopy, Photoluminescence Spectroscopy, SEM, DSC, TGA, BET Surface Area Analyzer, and more.
