1. AA 201 : Introduction to Astronomy and Astrophysics (Autumn Semester 2017)
Course Description :
This is meant for first introduction to the concepts and terms related to astronomy and astrophysics to under-graduate students. This course is offered as part of the minor program.
2. AA 472/672 : Galactic and Extra-Galactic Astronomy (Spring Semester 2017-18, 2018-19)
Course Description :
This course covers the concepts and terms related to galactic and extra-galactic Astronomy to under-graduate and post-graduate students. It main motive is to give an overview of how galaxies like our own Milky way form and how does it differ from the nearby active galaxy like M87. This course is offered as an open elective.
